This Privacy Policy explains how REST & VEST LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, or “our company”) collects, processes, uses, and stores personal data that you provide to our company in order to receive services from our company.

REST & VEST LLC as a data controller collects and processes your personal data in accordance with Federal Decree Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes (Federal Law No. 34 of 2021) as well as other applicable legislation which regulates the storage, processing and use of personal data.

Our products comply with Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.

What data do we collect?

Our company collects your personal data:

  • creative pseudonym;

You directly provide to our company your data that we collect. We collect and process data when you accept our company’s Terms of Service (the “Agreement”).

Our company collects your data so that we can:

  • enter into the Agreement with you and perform it;

  • send you funds and receive funds from you in accordance with the Agreement;

Personal account and personal data deleting

You have the right to delete your Personal account and certain personal data that our company stores at any time upon completion of all pending transactions in which you participate, payment of applicable fees, and fulfillment of all other obligations arising from use of the services.

Our company has provided the necessary functionality to delete your Personal account and certain personal data, which you can find in your Personal account.

Together with your Personal account, we also undertake to delete your personal data, with the exception of surname, first name, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number, company name.

We store such personal data because the storage of such information is necessary to prevent and detect crimes and fulfill our obligations to prevent and detect crime, such as fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other offenses.

Personal data defined in this section may be necessary for a certain investigation or dispute. We will not delete personal data if it is necessary for any investigation or dispute. They will be retained until the investigation is complete or the dispute is fully resolved.
